He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Acil, Eddie Winn, Shirley McCargo, Curtis Thompson and Freddie Pete; and his aunts and uncles, LaTonna James, LaDonna McCargo, Amelia Thomas, Lee Lyons, Pearlie Hayes, Wynola Winn, Virgie Winn-Irving, Louis Winn and Samuel Winn.

He is survived by : his son Elliott James Harris of Broken Arrow, OK.; his parents, Edward L. David Winn Sr. of Muskogee and Felicia D. McCargo of Okmulgee; his brothers, Walter H. Harrison of Okmulgee, Edward L. David Winn II of Yukon, Fredrick D. Harrison of Yukon and Corey R. Harrison (Ashley) of Yukon; and his grandmother Nancy Redeau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church South (8150 Highway 16, Beggs, OK).
