Harlan of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, born in Clarksville, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 96, on July 1, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Kathleen Carl and Jackson Smith Harlan; his wife Margaret Jean Collier; his children, Fred of Okmulgee, Kellie Harlan of Okmulgee, Mary Harlan Lewellen of Okmulgee, Margaret of Okmulgee and Rob Hess of Okmulgee; his grandchildren, Andrew Harlan, Maggie, Brent Bailey, Jackson, Kelcey Hess, Alex Hess and Mark Hess; and his great grandchild Mason Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Okmulgee Main Street or First Presbyterian Church of Okmulgee.

“We have many fond thoughts of Jack as he and our Dad, KR McKinney, were close friends.It was Jack and Glenn who provided a truck loan for his newly formed company when banks refused the risk for a young man in those early days.
