He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Morton and Clara Morton (Wright); and his brother Nelson Gene Morton. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Kelsey, Jessie Morton, Michael Morton (Jessica) and Julie Devine (Stephen); his brother Jimmy Morton (Karen); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Shelby Kelsey, Maverick Morton and Mason Downum.
