He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Lee and Letha Lee (Choate); his daughters, Cindy Hoover and Connie Lee; his siblings, Bill Lee and Betty Olsen; and his grandsons, Keith Henderson and Caleb Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Livingston; his children, Cheryl Henderson (Billy) of Okmulgee and John "David" Lee, Jr. (Kimberly) of Bixby; his siblings, Don Lee and Wilma Brown; and his grandchildren, Angela Wilson, Amy McCray, Stacy Thompson, Brandon Lee, Taylor Simmons and Kyzer Lee. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchildren.
