He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Jerald Palmer and Carol Dean Palmer (Boyd); and his siblings, Aaron Palmer, Shirley Davis, Jackie Palmer and Glenda Sisung.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brent Palmer of Okmulgee Oklahoma and Janie Henderson of Henryetta, Oklahoma; and his aunt Martha Stutchman of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and many friends.
