He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenna Hendrickson and Haydon Hendrickson; and his siblings, Andy Hendrickson, Haydon Hendrickson and Doris Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Hendrickson; his children, Brian W. Hendrickson (Dani) of Claremore, OK, Glenn M. Hendrickson (Jerica) of Tulsa, OK and Dr. Amanda Hendrickson of Sapulpa, OK; and his siblings, Alice Jeffress (Joe Bob) of Bixby, OK, Glenna McConnell of Morris, OK and Donald Hendrickson of Haskell, OK. He is also survived by six granddaughters, one grandson, and one great-grandson.
