He was predeceased by: his son Lakota Jackson Waters; his father John Edward Waters, Sr.; his nephew Tristan Waters; and his grandson Brennden Cardwell. He is survived by: his wife Deeanna Waters; his children, Amber Rodriquez of Des Moines, Heather Gonzalez of Sedalia, Chasidy and Jesse Lindsey of Eldon Missouri; his grandchildren, Jaccob, Cruz, Mason, Hayden, Eli, Scarlett, Santana, Jazlyn, Lorenzo, Aaliyaa and Canyon; his siblings, Tonya Doyle (Marty) of Henryetta, Sonya Gann of Schulter, Shanda Chasteen (Wyatt) of Schulter and James Waters of Okmulgee; Linda Waters of Schulter. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
