She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Foye Sr.; her siblings, Beatrice Wilson, Lois James and Freddy Dixon; and her granddaughter Bianca Lovett.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Racine T. Powell, Ruquiyah C. "Foye" Hines, Kiara L, Wallace, Diamond L. Hall, Arianna J. "Hall" Williams, Joshua McDougle, Jennifer Miller, Isaiah Foye, Latonya Foye and Rebecca Foye. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schaudt's Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel (220 S Alabama Ave, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
