He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Owen and Marie Russell (Clarkson); his sister Joyce Besson (Russell); and his grandson Mathew Allen. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Little; and his children, Carol Allen of Mansfield, OH, Steven Russell of Indianapolis, IN, Pamela Ford of Jenks, OK, Brian Russell of Winneconne, WI and Sylvia Brennan of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
