She was predeceased by: her father Earl Dunham; her husband Luther Wayne Polk; her son Joshua "Joshy" Aaron Polk (Wayne); her mother Louetta Dunham Farrill; and her sister Gloria Kovak.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Longnecker (Torrey) of Texas, Johnny Qualls (Treva) of Sperry and Earl Polk (Crystal) of Okmulgee; her close friend Marie Wixon; and her grandchildren, Zach Sewell, Jonah Longnecker, Aaron Longnecker, Jayden Polk, Benjamin Rutledge, Natalie Compton and Shyann "ShyShy" Polk. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (1327 E 13th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Okmulgee Cemetery (2601 S Wood Dr, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
