She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Reed and Etta Pearl Reed (Rideout); and her brothers, Oliver Lee Reed, Jim Bob Reed, Kenneth Leon Reed, John Wayne Reed, Terry Joe Reed and Vallis Wayde Reed.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Poindexter; her children, Laree Waller (Clay Waller), Wayde Poindexter (Robin Poindexter), Tracy Poindexter, Bradley Ballard and Lisa Pilkington (Kim Pilkington); her siblings, Carolyn McCullar (Skip), Gyla Brumfield, Donna Swallow and Mike Reed (Sherry Reed); her grandchildren, Aaron Waller, Jessie Poindexter (Amber Poindexter), Cassie Driver, Evan Pilkington, Spencer Pilkington, Jansen Pilkington, Taylor Pilkington and Conner Pilkington; and her great grandchildren, Bailey Nicole Makinson, Joshua Lee Driver, Jr. and Brylen Wayde Driver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home (303 E 7th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home - Okmulgee (303 E 7th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
