He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Sullins and Norma Sullins; the mother of his children Alice Sullins; his son Allen Sullins; and his siblings, Tommy, Glenda, Ozelma, Mame, Hazel, Roweena, Louise, Geraldine, Edward, Jimmy, Dale and Willie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Allison Hazlip (Andrew) and Angela Berryhill; his daughter-in-law Becky Sullins; his brother Sonny Sullins (Pat); and his grandchildren, Megan Cole (Ryan), Shelbee Gillim (Cameron Shelton), Gary Gillim, Jessica Graham (Dewayne), Taylor Berryhill, Kylie Berryhill and Wyatt Ahlstrom. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
