He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Faye Cline (Furer) and Robert Cline, Sr.; and his stepfather Robert Butler. He is survived by: his wife Ingrid Cline; his sons, Keith Cline of Okmulgee and Justin Cline of Okmulgee; his grandchildren, Jesse Cline and Keller Cline; his siblings, Gary Cline (Geneva) of Muskogee, Rebecca Arnold (Joe) of Okmulgee, Robert Cline, Jr. (Debbie) of Tulsa and Sheila Shamblin (Stoney) of Webbers Falls; his close friend Jack Fuller; Dana Cline of Jenks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Raymond's memory.
