He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Antwine and Sally Antwine (Christmas); his wife Irene Cato; his children, Ricky Antwine, Kenneth Antwine, Samuel Antwine and Carol Antwine Elliot; and his siblings, Henry Antwine, Hezzie Antwine, Charlie Antwine, Hilary "Bo" Antwine, Edgar Antwine, Mable Antwine Webb, Naila Antwine Ross, Izola Antwine Franks and Schafter Antwine.
He is survived by: his children, Willie Antwine Jr. (Carieta), John Wesley Antwine (Sandra), Isaiah Antwine (Wonzetta), Alan Antwine (Evonne), Dwayne Antwine (Courtney), Timothy Antwine (Patricia), David Antwine of Oklahoma City, OK, Brian Antwine (Deandra), Virginia Robertson (Larry), Redonna Antwine (Mike C.) of Beggs, OK, Laura Crispin (Jesse), Margie Antwine of Tulsa, OK and Kristi Demery (Rodney). He is also survived by grandchildren and great- grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
