He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Newcomb and Exnah Dunn Newcomb; his significant other Donna; his siblings, Sammie, Jackie and Jerry; and his son-in-law Danny Chaffin.
He is survived by: his sister Faye Lovelle; his sister-in-law Luana Brennan; his children, Bill Jr. (Jackie), Steven, Laurie Chaffin and Jeff; his grandchildren, Jessie, Wes Phelps, Lisa Newcomb, Todd, Meredith Newcomb, David, Sharon Antinoja, Shauna, Rob Padgett, Joey, Jami Chaffin and Shane Chaffin; and his great grandchildren, Samantha Phelps, Mallory Phelps, Kylie Bauer, Rylie Bauer, Emma Padgett, Shane Chaffin Jr., Haley Chaffin, Eric Antinoja and Andrew Antinoja. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Oologah United Methodist Church Youth Group.
