He is survived by: his wife Mechele Kooken (Allen); his children, Ashley Sharp (Jason) of Oklahoma City, OK, Dr. Scott Kooken (Ashley) of Owasso, OK, Kelsey Tevebaugh (Larry) of Oklahoma City, OK and Pop'; his grandchildren, Adeleigh, Avereigh, Aubreigh, Alexeigh, Kasen, Kollyns (Kolly), Kallen, Liam, Lawson and Vivian; his sister Karen On; and his parent-in-law Shairon Dickey (Allen) of Oologah, OK.
