He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Knoke and Shirley Knoke of Sallisaw; and his wife Debbie Knoke. He is survived by: his sons, Kurtis of Oologah and Jeffrey Michael; his daughter-in-law Angellica Knoke of Norman; his stepchildren, Cassidy Alessandra of Reno, NV and Bill McClain of Nashville, TN.; his brother Russell; his sister-in-law Debbie Knoke; and his nephews, Tyler (Melora Knoke) of Sallisaw and Max Knoke of Sallisaw. He is also survived by two great nephews and one great niece.
