He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Bonsall and Mary Bonsall. He is survived by: his son Arlee Bonsall (Catherine); his grandson Benjamin Bonsall; and his sister Pat Rogers of Pryor, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his good old friends.
