He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Horton (Frank Wheeler); his sister Frostie Skaggs; his grandchildren, Tallon Wheeler and Wyatt Wheeler; and his great grandchildren, Wrenley Wheeler and Braxton Ludinich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
