He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Hart; his granddaughters, Hayden Hart (Taylor Paul), Hunter Hart (Lindsey) and Halie Naylor (Foster); his sister Lainey Jade Naylor; and his children, Curtis Hart (Rola), Bruce Hart (Tammy), Rita Long (Greg), Claire Hart (Patty) and Randy Hart (Joan Dean).
