She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ryburn and James Ryburn; and her siblings, James Ryburn, Jr. and Linda Mazur. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Joseph Perks (Joe); her daughters, Catren Lamb (Steve) and Cristen Perks Sloan (Noah); and her grandchildren, Kylie, Ahren, Eliot, Quinn, Marli, Hank and Hattie.
