He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Marie Smith Patton. He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his daughters, Hallie Elizabeth and Sierra Anne; his sisters, Jerri Anne Berna (Rick) of Tulsa and Robin Short (Ricky); and his father Dr. Jerry Patton (Ginger) of Collinsville.
