He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Rofkahr and Hester Bessie Brotherton Rofkahr; his wife Mert Rofkahr; his siblings, Leo Rofkahr, Ilene Rofkahr, Reba Stenzel, Lucille Rofkahr, Troy Rofkahr and Emalene England; his granddaughter Stephanie Rofkahr Dees; and his grandson-in-law Eric Poplin.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Rofkahr (Karen) of Owasso and Terri Cash (John) of Owasso; and his grandchildren, Heather Blake (Vince) of Owasso, Derek Rowan (Carly) of Owasso, Kayla Rowan of Tulsa, Christin Poplin of Owasso, Sarah Wehner (Chris) of Broken Arrow, Hailey Avila (TJ) of Owasso, Carie Morrison (Chris) of Nashville and Chelsey Fulton (Brenan) of Owasso.
