He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Lewis Jr. and Mildred H. Lewis (Kubicki); and his brother James D. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pipho; his children, Mark Lewis (Amy) and Mary Lelecas (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Brady Lelecas, Zachary Lewis and Vivian Lewis; and his sister Madelynn Wieczorek (Mike). He is also survived by 13 nieces & nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (9222 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055).
