He is survived by: his wife Vicki Riggs of Owasso; his children, Donny Riggs, Michelle Riggs and David Riggs (Melissa Riggs); his grandchildren, Maude Payne (Stewart Payne), Cary Newberry (Mana Newberry), Gretel Riggs, Autumn Goehler (Simon Goehler) and Audrey Riggs; his great grandchildren, Cooper Payne, Maddox Payne and Beckham Payne; and his brother-in-law George Allen Hopkins (Robin Hopkins). He is also survived by numerous loving cousins, extended family members, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
