He is survived by: his children, Sheri Merrel of Owasso, OK and Rocky Merrel of Tupelo, MS; and his grandchildren, Samantha Snow, Dana Lee Daugherty, Brittney Wilcome, Thomas Wilcome, Christopher Wilcome and David Riggs. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
