He is survived by: his wife Mardi Crutchfield; his son Nathan Crutchfield (Kelsey); his stepdaughters, Theresa Lee and Victoria Lesco; his siblings, Polla Jordan and Rick Crutchfield; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Hines, Zoe Bright, Megan Byron, Alex Collier, Carter Crutchfield and Darren Crutchfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sien - Shelton Funeral Home (1000 S Lombard Ln, Skiatook, OK 74070). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
