He was predeceased by: his parents, James Virgil Chaney, Jr. and Helen Rosella Chaney (Vest); and his wife Donna Chaney (Terry). He is survived by: his children, Clifford Chaney (Misty) and Yvonne Whisenant (Dustin); his grandchildren, Madison Chaney, Taylor Chaney, Kirsty Rainer (Ridge) and Kacey Blevins; his great grandchildren, Rylee Rainer and Kadence Rainer; and his sister Diane Jennings (Bob).
