She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Grant Spurlock and Ethel Nees Spurlock (Clarence Green); her son Randy Green; and her siblings, Ralph Spurlock, Lee Spurlock, Leonard Spurlock, Russell Spurlock, Jerry Spurlock, Louise Piguet, Jean Shoemaker and Hilda Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Green and Tim Green (Trudy); her grandchildren, Bryan Lamb, Brandon Lamb, Brittany Smith, Matthew Green, Joseph Green, Joshua Green and Jaylie Manning; her great grandchildren, Eloise Katherine Lamb, Wyatt Gunner Keith Lamb, Gemma Ann-Marie Lamb, Odin Scott Lamb and Kendal Lynn Green (Smith); and her brother Tom Spurlock.
