She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alyssa, Blake, Kynzie, Miles and Raia; her fiancé Marty Cooper; her son Brett Chamberlain; her sisters, Toni Chaffin (Jerry) and Kathy Isentol (Bruce); and her sister-in-law Diane Chamberlain.
