He is survived by: his friend Joe Wolfe; his wife Teresa Rust (Terri); his daughters, Summer Johnson (Rayme) and Tera Pogue (Billy); his grandchildren, Kelsey Swinney, Rowan Johnson, Joe Pogue, Elizabeth Pogue, Hunter Pogue, Colton Fowler and Chase Pogue; his sisters, Donna Fawcett (Larry Fawcett) and Pat Childress (Phil Childress); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Rust, Linda Bauer and Lisa Mcknight. He is also survived by friends & neighbors.
