She is survived by: her children, Marco Placencia, Jill Sowells, Deanna Barnes (Frank), William Congleton II (Shirley), David Congleton (Nancy) and John Congleton (Lisa); her grandchildren, Rachel McKinnis (Mitch), Brynnan Sowells, William Congleton III, Cara Stowe (Zech), Isaac Congleton, Nathan Congleton, Franky Congleton, Sara Placencia and Nicolas Placencia; her great grandchildren, Owen McKinnis, Landon Santillan, Abigail McKinnis, Mason Santillan, Elliott McKinnis, Addison Santillan, Porter Stowe and Colton Stowe; and her siblings, Doris Wagner, Earl Cooper, Troy Cooper (Patty), Dawn Goumaz (Robert) and Kathy Neill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
