She is survived by: her husband Cecil B Nowland; her siblings, Jody True Quinten and Ronald Blake True; and her children, Debbie Burling (Richard) of Tulsa, OK, Carol Jones (Jerry) of Katy, TX, David Nowland (Terrie) of Owasso, OK and Becky McKenzie (Brad) of Smyrna, GA.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great- grandchildren.
