He is survived by: his daughters, Windi Noel Robbins, Sara Lynn Robbins and Gianna Nabbimba; his niece Donna K. Jones-Hamilton; his grandchildren, Sophia, Malachi, Samuel and Daniel; his siblings, Tommie E. Robbins Jr., Donald W. Robbins, Elaine Scott and Kay E. Jones; and his in-laws, Robert White and Veronica Pickett. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, nieces, close friends.
