He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bunch and Kathryn Bunch (Sanders); and his brothers, Johnny, Gary, Steve, Mike and Donald Bunch.
He is survived by: his sons, Josh, Jake and Eric Bunch; his stepson Ryan Caffey; and his siblings, Dan, Robert, Paul Bunch and Mary Allen. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
