She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stage and Dorothy Stage; her husband Howard Blackwell; and her siblings, Carolyn Stage and Walter "Buddy" Stage.
She is survived by: her children, Tarra Trent (Shane) of Owasso, Oklahoma and Chris Choate (Donita) of Seminole, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Skylah Thompson, Adryana McDorman, Isaiah Trent, Lyvia Trent, Timothy Trent, Jacob Trent, Allison Choate, Kody Choate and Shian Choate. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
