He was predeceased by: his father John Hargis; his wife April Patterson; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his mother Grace Hargis; and his children, Toby (Bethaney), Levi (Hannah), Ivan (Jacque), Janean (Travis Deckard), Kay (Luke Hall), Mika (Truth Williams) and Ezra Hargis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
