He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Blizzard (Connie) of Owasso, Oklahoma and Deb Isner (Tom) of Swansboro; his grandchildren, Bryan Shipp of Norfolk, Scott Blizzard (Traci) of Martinsburg, Kelly Shipp of Jacksonville and Chad Blizzard of Sarasota, Florida; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Caitlin, Emily, Xavier, Sarah and Simon; and his brother Allan Blizzard (Barbara) of West Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
