He is survived by: his wife Debra Case of Paden, Oklahoma; his daughters, Brandy Moore (Barry) of Paden and Mallory Boothe (Ray) of Seminole, Oklahoma; his siblings, Max Howard Case (Glenda) of Paden, Melanie Brown (Wendell) of Paden and Edwina Logan (Roger) of Paden; his grandchildren, Tanner Barnes (Rusty), Garrett Moore (Reece Davison), Addie Moore, Chloee Wilson, Paisley Wilson, Cali Lackey, Jewel Laney, Bobby Laney, Cynthia Laney and Young; his great grandchild River Barnes; and his brother-in-law Billy Wakolee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established in Kim's memory with the Paden Holiness Church c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home.
