He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Williams and Minnie Williams (Colley); his daughter Barbara Jean Lockaby (Williams); and his grandson Dustin Shawn Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Billie J. Williams (Ryburn); his children, Randy Duncan, Marilyn K. Taylor (Duncan), Sue Covey (Trinity), Robert Lee Williams and Jimmy Williams (Dena); his grandchildren, Danny Lockaby, Misty Thompson, Mindy Hale, Brandi Duncan Barton, Laura House, Kali Beason, Bryan Lockaby, Anthony Taylor, Alexandria Hall and Gabrielle Williams; his sisters, Bonnie Finchum and Clara Crawford; and his pet Punkin. He is also survived by his 22 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren, numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the The Cedars (520 Dewey Ave, Poteau, OK 74953).
