She is survived by: her husband John Calvin Mantooth; her children, Johnny Mantooth (Tammy) of Paoli, Jimmy Mantooth of Paoli, Jeffrey Mantooth (Susan) of Paoli and Brenda Stephens (Jimmy) of Ardmore; her grandchildren, Shannon, Cody Mantooth, Elizabeth Wood, Austin Stallings, Spencer Mantooth, Kelsey LeMay of Dale Ezell, JD, Jessica and Faith Mantooth; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Shyleigh, Hayden, Johnnie Lynn, Amelia, Eamon, Carter, Scarlett, Ellis, Hudson, James, Zachary, Raiden and Khavvrin; and her great great grandchild Motley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
