He is survived by: his children, Johnny Mantooth (Tammy) of Paoli, Jim Mantooth of Paoli, Jeff Mantooth (Susan) of Paoli and Brenda Stephens (Jimmy) of Ardmore; his brother Bill Mantooth of Blairsville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Shannon Mantooth, Cody Mantooth, Elizabeth Wood, Austin Stallings, Spencer Mantooth, Kelsey LeMay of Dale Ezell, JD, Jessica and Faith; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Shyleigh, Hayden, Johnnie Lynn, Amelia, Eamon, Daphne, Carter, Scarlett, Ellis, Hudson, James, Zachary, Ameila, Raiden and Khavvrin; and his great great grandchild Motley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
