He is survived by: his wife Kay Fowler; his children, Zanae Whaler-Craig (George), Bobby Fowler (Weleaha) and Michael Fowler (Tonya); his grandchildren, Taaz Whaler, Shane Whaler, Christopher Phillips, Brenden Fowler (Rosa), Braden Fowler (Ashtyn), Braxton Fowler, Kerri Fowler, Jerri Keim (Cale) and Terri Pierce (Ben); and his brothers, Charlie Whaler and Michael Whaler. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
