“I was saddened to hear of George’s passing. We were friends for over 20 years & stayed in touch regularly. I looked forward to his visits back to Vero Beach every year. I always had a project around my property that only his unique woodworking talent could fulfill. To say he was a carpenter is so far short of the craftsman that he truly was. I will miss him. He was a true craftsman and took pride in his work. We had numerous conversations over the years and shared some of our life experiences. I looked forward to seeing George every year. I look around my house and I feel like he's still with us. He will always be special to me and he will be truly missed.”
