She is survived by: her mother Agnes Sappington (Ellick) of Quapaw, OK; her husband Michael Martin; her children, Taylor Warner (Haleigh) of Baxter Springs, KS, Alexis Warner of Jacksonville, AL and Erika Warner of Tahlequah, OK; her siblings, Terry Sappington of Wyandotte, OK, David Sappington of Quapaw, OK and Susan Hollenbeck of Miami, OK; and her grandchildren, Brayden Wells, Brynlee Johnson, Kade Ballard Maverick Warner and Kora Ballard.
