She is survived by: her mother Jimmie Ott (Wilmont) of Blanchard; her son John Michael Ott; her siblings, Nancy Potts of Blanchard and Elmer Ott (Linda) of Pauls Valley, OK.; her granddaughters, Breanna, Serenity and Addie; her sister-in-law Teresa Harmor; and her close friends, Kathy Reed Conley and Audrey Slack.
