He is survived by: his significant other Lucretta Murray; his daughter Judy Ann (Ron Rogers) of Wynnewood, OK; his grandchildren, Joe Dan Rogers (Katie) of Peachtree Corners, GA, Judge Kristin Garland (Nate) of Auburn, NY. and Courtney Rogers of Peachtree Corners, GA.; his great grandchildren, Macie, Atticus, Eve, Josephine, Ruby Lou and Huck; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hugh Rushing (Emily), Brian Rushing (Jennifer), Caroline, Mary Virginia, James, Joe Murray, Lisa Sanderson (Mike), Hillary Farrell (Peter Spouse) and Rowan.
