He was predeceased by: his parents, Meaders Jones and Catherine Mae Jones; his brother Robert "Bob" Jones; and his son Clayton Bettes. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jones; his daughter Catherine (Tim Hayden) of Lexington, KY; his grandsons, Benjamin and Samuel Hayden of Lexington, KY; his sister-in-law Ann Jones of Edmond, OK; his sibling's children, Greg (Karen Jones) of Oklahoma City, OK and Kristin (Marc Shea) of Edmond, OK; his grandson Don Yarbrough of Oklahoma City; his sister-in-law Patty (Tommy McKee) of Norman, OK; Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
