She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert B. Hays Sr. and Ruth Josephine Hays (Rice); and her husband John Nash. She is survived by: her son Jeff Nash of Aiea, Hawaii; her brother Brad Hays (Laura) of Indianapolis; her sibling's children, Jennifer Woods of Indianapolis, Gregory Hays (Charlottesville) and Graham Hays of Indianapolis, IN; her cousin Laurel Clark; and her husband's son Donald Metcalf. She is also survived by three grand nieces.
