She is survived by: her children, Orville Blaine Ellett, Sr. (Darla Sue), Rebecca Ruth Ellett, Lori Beth Ellett and Brad Alan Ellett (Melinda); her brother Jerry Warren (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Orville, Blaine, Jr., Haylee, Britton, Brandon, Daniel, Seth, Ethan, Kirstyn and Bentley; and her close friend Rickey Ellett.
